The goal for this guest bathroom project was to create a functional, stylish space for two boys while accommodating changes to the adjoining master bathroom. The transformation included converting a single sink into a double vanity, replacing the old tub with a walk-in shower, and keeping the layout open and comfortable. With Signature Hardware vanity and lighting, Kohler plumbing fixtures, and Floor & Decor tile, the design balanced durability with sleek, modern appeal.

The project took 8–9 weeks and included the safe removal of mold found in the walls, which was especially important as one of the family members was sensitive to it. The finished bathroom exceeded expectations with bold, high-contrast colors and a clean, modern aesthetic. The clients were thrilled with the results and have since recommended us to friends, leading to more successful projects and a lasting friendship.
